Custom DTF Transfers

Custom DTF Transfers upload file in the file space provided on this listing or you may email to whiteoakcreekboutiqueky@gmail.com, customer supplies the file to receive the custom price rate listed.  FILES MUST BE IN .PNG FORMAT WITH A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND, FILES CANNOT BE IN JPEG FORMAT!! We cannot format your files into a PNG format. Files not sent in png format with a transparent background, will be canceled & refunded. If you have questions please feel free to email or pm before completing your transaction!! 

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat heat press to 320 degrees. Preheat garment for 15 seconds to remove moisture. Cover DTF transfer with parchment paper and press for 15 seconds. Remove garment from press, allow to cool up to 45 seconds, peel top film back gently. Repress for another 15 seconds for best results. 

Pressing with a Teflon sheet gives a glossy finish, parchment paper gives a matte finish (we prefer a matte finish for a more non-plastisol feel)

SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped quickly and efficiently withing the provided time frame of 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS. Our transfers are mailed in a rigid 11" x 14" cardboard mailer covered in a plastic Poly mailer for weather protection. Please have a secure location for your prints to be delivered to as we cannot be responsible for bent or damaged packages! 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, PLEASE FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR LOCAL USPS FOR ANY DAMAGED PACKAGES!
